If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated team is here to assist you with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service department or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
